Dear Mr Osborne

I am sorry to inform you but your role is not one that is usually referred to as a 'position of influence and responsibility'.  I have been understanding of your position in this and I would appreciate the same.  You were included in the mail out as a man who has intellect enough to follow and as someone who is "as green as I am", and as someone who I know genuinely cares for his employees and how they are viewed by the rest of society.  The councillors could learn from you, certainly your manner of conduct.  The emailing was of global public interest.  You should at least be interested in all matters pertaining to this construction working group of which I am now a member...by circumstance.  As the representative of the very individuals who are causing my house to shake, you are put in the position of being required to know all implications of their activity.  You are implicated in all the council is doing with regard to it's Water Wastage and it is you who implicates all the workers.    

I have lived an extremely difficult life and it is now, again, extremely difficult.  Please refrain from jumping to conclusions that I am out to offend anyone.  I do what I do only as a responsible human being who can write.  It is what I do in my spare time when I am not singing.  

I feel it is probably necessary for me to leave my residence for the next few months but I am hoping not to be forced to need to do this.  The shaking to my house has me very concerned about my piano...more than anything...it was my first major purchase as a teenager and I love it very much.  The house is wooden and raised.  The house on the other side of the construction is low set and in concrete.  The shaking is the most intrusive thing and I find it violating, this is easy for me as I have suffered a lot and the triggers are there.  I will be including photos of the sight in my paper on this.ad

There is a stretch of fence that is not covered with the shade cloth.  The workers covered my fence last and it simply ran out there.  This is precisely the location where the men had cause to congrugate when I was gardening on Wednesday - I had put up some plastic to make it easier for me to begin.  I would appreciate the end section of my garden being screened off.  It is very visible to all areas.  I am aware that it is the section currently under dispute with the coucil but until then, and even then, it is still my garden.  It would assist me greatly for Brisbane City Works to fullfill the 'promise' the on-site superviser Jackie made, that you reinforced, for me to experience some privacy here in my Brisbane Newfarm residence.
