  same rights promote sexualisation 
  The sexualisation of modern women, a topic consuming media analysis, is occurring as a direct consequence of men substituting the rights they grant themselves for equal rights. 

  A recent report released by the American Psychological Association 'found evidence that the proliferation of sexualised images of girls and young women in advertising, merchandising, and media is harmful to girls' self-image and healthy development'. 

  Moreover, writing in the Sydney Morning Herald, Miranda Devine claims that: 

  "In a world saturated with pornography, when women treat themselves like sluts, why would men treat them any differently? Mutual respect between the sexes, romance and a legacy of chivalry by men entranced by the feminine mystique have been trashed in the name of female equality and sexual liberation." 

  However, according to the written Constitutions of both the United States of America and Australia, as well as the customary constitution of the United Kingdom, women have no right to make decisions about women's lives without interruption, intimidation or alienation, having been relegated to the status of proxy males in men's legislatures and in a single men's jurisdiction at law. 

  Misrepresenting the transitional male concession to women granting same rights rather than equal rights, the source of the sexualisation of women and the cause of 'common mental health problems including eating disorders, low self-esteem and depression', is endemic in academic studies and media accounts of relations between women and men. 

  Constitutional reform providing for women's and men's legislatures presided over by an executive of elders accompanied by courts of women's and men's jurisdiction is the cure.
