unfortunately.
if you register to vote at least you have a chance of voting out Howard and
a chance to vote for a political party with a just and fair Constitution.
is there a party out there with one?
1. if not, then one should be created.
2. if not... is there an independent candidate... or any individual... with
a just and
fair constitution (or even a FIRST DRAFT) that an existing political party
could look to endorsing via referendum (and via your earlier suggestion - 
in parallel).

PAT COLEMAN ... are you listening?
Please forward me (and this list) a copy of your Draft Constitution (under 
this message thread).
Are there any other draft constitutions out there in the woodworks???
If so, please attach them to this post.
