Malcolm Turmbell
I was on the state executive of ARM up to and during the republican referendum. I had occasion to view him up close and personnel. I only ever spoke a dozen or so words to him and when i told him i was a greenie, he was almost sick on the spot.
So whatever he says about the environment, i'd take with a grain of salt. But he's a pretty good "people person". Everybody comes away with a good impression of him.
I'd say labour better look out. This dude knows how to work a crowd.
But conversely, the crowd can work him. I'd say he'd go whichever way the wind is blowin. If the voters were pretty adamant about a few things he might be just the man to fix em. From what i saw of him he was a good organiser.
Anyone who knows me knows that i don't expect either major party to do what needs to be done. So don't start talkin politics to me. This is just my unbiased assessment of the man.
If u want my biased version, he's just another puppet of the system sent in to bamboozle the lot of u! Just as Rudd is!
